Ticket Office: 865-453-2003 | COVID-19 Safety

We look forward to entertaining you at the Country Tonite Theatre and are committed to providing a safe and memorable experience for our guests as we navigate through COVID-19.

In accordance with the guidelines set forth by our Governor and the CDC, we are implementing the following as part of our re-opening plan:

Face Masks: All guests are required to wear a face mask to our show.

Physical Distancing and Capacity Measures: We will manage guest traffic while they are waiting in line for tickets, concessions, gift shop and restrooms, as well as maintaining sufficient safe distancing in our theater with floor markers and plenty of distancing signage posted throughout. The theater will maintain the 50% capacity, with every other row blocked off and seating the six foot distance between parties. Also at this time, there will be no cast meet and greet following the show.

Prevention Support: Hand sanitizer will be available for guests in the high-traffic areas including; box office, concessions, and gift shop. Masks will be worn by theater employees that have contact with guests. While face masks are not mandatory, we encourage you to bring your own mask and hand sanitizer. All employees and cast members of Country Tonite will be screened daily and have their temperature taken upon their arrival to work.

Theatre Cleaning: Following each show, seats will be sprayed with a disinfectant solution. All hard surfaces will be cleaned at frequent intervals during regular business hours. Once the theater is unoccupied, the doors will be opened and fresh air will be cycled in through our ventilation/fan system.

What You Can Do To Help: As we move forward, the most effective way to stay healthy and minimize the spread the of any virus is to follow basic health practices. That includes the CDC’s recommendations to wash hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds, maintain a 6 feet distance from others, and avoid touching your face or others. If you are feeling sick, have a fever, or any COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you please stay home and we will reschedule your visit for another time.

*These are just a few examples of the plan we are implementing with our guests and our staffs safety in mind. These plans may be amended in accordance with local and national government and are subject to change.

We believe that this will help ensure a safe and healthy time for you and your family during your visit to Pigeon Forge and the Country Tonite Theatre.
